Stephanie Bercht

Stephanie Berch supports Gia Truong and the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Proximity team with general administrative tasks, scheduling, and by leveraging their human-centered design skills to support building structures, processes, and strategies for the team.

Prior to joining New Profit, Stephanie spent over a decade in various design roles to reimagine people’s experiences with products and services. She most recently served as a Design Strategist at Duke Energy’s innovation hub, leading human-centered design efforts for a range of internal digital products. As a designer they’ve worked in healthcare, finance, and startups.
