Amanda comes from the social sector and has previously supported refugee and migrant communities in the U.S., Greece, and the UK through emergency relief, psychosocial support, and coordinating programming. Most recently she worked in the corporate accountability space for the food industry, addressing the undue amount of corporate power and influence in politics and building power to dismantle the structures of inequities that are embedded in food systems. From her experiences, she brings her passion for advancing justice and a deep orientation towards equity to New Profit.
Amanda holds an M.A. in Human Rights from Goldsmiths, University of London as well as a B.A. in International Studies from Fordham University.
