Vanessa Crews

Vanessa Crews is a Partner on the Investor Relations team, focusing on Major Gifts and Individual Giving. She serves as a frontline fundraiser, building out major giving from non-institutional sources.

Most recently, Vanessa served as Chief Development Officer at Youth INC, where she worked closely with the board and led the organization’s most successful gala to date, raising $4 million. Previously, she was Chief Growth Officer at The One Love Foundation, overseeing award-winning marketing initiatives and a $12 million national advancement strategy.

Throughout her career, Vanessa has sought out organizations aligned with her values in youth, leadership, and education, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has also held leadership roles at City Year New York, The Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation, 92Y, The New School University, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and the Center for Architecture/AIA New York.

Vanessa holds an M.A. in International Relations from the Brussels School of International Studies at the University of Kent, UK, and a dual B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Stonehill College.
