Phuong Dao

Phuong serves as a go-to person for any office, facility and technology-related issues. She works across teams to ensure team members have the resources to perform their work.

Before joining New Profit, Phuong was the Office Manager at the City of Boston’s Law Department for over 3 years. Before that, she was the Manager of Office Administration at the Big Sister Association of Great Boston for 2 years. Phuong graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master’s in Public Policy. She received her B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in Political Science & Public Administration.
