Lindsey McClenny

Lindsey oversees and supports New Profit’s investment selection activities across the organization. She focuses on continuing to operationalize New Profit’s commitment to equity in our selection processes, tools and outcomes.

Lindsey joins New Profit after serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED). In that capacity, she led an initiative focused on addressing the conditions within institutional procurement systems that keep local BIPOC-owned businesses from having equitable access to new market opportunities.

Prior to CNHED, Lindsey was on EY’s Americas Corporate Responsibility (CR) team where she initially managed signature employee engagement programs that supported the growth of entrepreneurs in emerging markets. She later led a network of CR professionals across the Americas geographies to scale the impact of EY’s programming.

A proud Bay Area, California native, Lindsey now lives in Los Angeles.
