Jessica Powell serves as the Executive Assistant to New Profit CEO Tulaine Montgomery and is a member of the Office of the CEO team. With more than 18 years of experience supporting senior executives across the technology, finance, energy, and consulting sectors, she brings deep expertise in executive operations, strategic coordination, and relationship stewardship. Jessica plays a key role in advancing the CEO’s priorities by managing complex scheduling, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. Before joining New Profit, she supported leaders at Amazon Web Services, Enterprise Products, JP Morgan Chase, and United Rentals. Jessica holds a strong belief in the power of mission-driven work and finds deep meaning in contributing to an organization that creates positive impact.
