Jessica Hunt

Jess oversees the financial systems and functions including compliance and controls, general ledger maintenance, the annual audit,  payroll and benefits management, grant reporting, and policy creation. Jess also works with the CFO on the execution of the annual budget process and financial reporting.

While a temporary assistant job brought Jess to New Profit, the people and opportunities made her stay. She’s been here for 10 years and has held many positions: executive assistant, chief of staff, events associate, operations manager, and accountant. Prior to New Profit, Jess has been a stage manager, events director, paralegal, property manager, clown, and a relocation manager.
