Halley leads the day-to-day strategy and operations of New Profit’s communications team, overseeing the team’s creative direction, digital presence, and the systems that help the team advance the organization’s mission. She also plays a role in keeping New Profit’s staff connected to one another through cross-team work and the organization’s internal newsletter.
Prior to joining New Profit, Halley oversaw communications and fundraising at MIT’s public service center, the PKG Center. She is passionate about New Profit’s mission of expanding access and opportunity, and has held communications, development, and external relations roles at Community Charter School of Cambridge and KIPP: MA.
Halley earned her B.S. in Print and Multimedia Journalism from Emerson College and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She is a proud first-generation college graduate and enjoys making art, particularly with unconventional materials.
