In her role as Manager, People Operations on the People Operations team, Finora supports all employees, with a primary focus on managers, across various aspects of their professional journey. Her work involves driving learning and development initiatives, facilitating growth management, and ensuring that New Profit’s team members have the resources and support they need to excel.
Finora found her way to New Profit driven by a desire to return to her roots in the nonprofit and government sectors. Her passion for the full employee life cycle and philanthropy has shaped her career. In previous roles, Finora developed employee engagement programs, managed comprehensive HR functions, and led change management initiatives, including supporting a start-up through an acquisition. Additionally, she worked with the City of Austin and the City of Duluth on DEI initiatives. Her diverse experience across HR and People Operations roles has fueled her love for the dynamic nature of this field.
