Chanda Gibson

Chanda Gibson is a Partner on the Investor Relations team, growing our community of investors with a focus on individual giving.

As a member of the Investor Relations team, her focus is building and stewarding relationships with individual investors that champion New Profit’s work and help ensure New Profit’s financial support structure continues to thrive. In my role I creatine customized strategies for donor engagement and serve as a key link between the organization, our investors, and social entrepreneurs.

Chanda’s bi-coastal professional journey has been anything but linear. She has served as a child advocate attorney, a scheduler for a political campaign, built a corporate ESG program, led nonprofits supporting first-generation students and professionals of color, and developed a DEI advisory practice. The common thread throughout has been a career consistently fueled by her passion for people and purpose. She deeply believes in New Profit’s values, philanthropic approach, and operational model for unlocking social change, and is thrilled to be part of the team.
