Abigail serves as a Deal Partner on the Portfolio Investing team at New profit, where she provides strategic advising and capacity-building support to Economic Mobility Build Investments as they navigate organizational change and growth. She also leads the Economic Mobility Catalyze Economic Mobility cohorts, delivering programming, coaching, and community-building for early-stage organizations. In this role, Abigail partners with social entrepreneurs to achieve their vision for transformative impact while fostering leadership development and sustainability.
Prior to joining New Profit, Abigail was Vice President of Programs at Prosperity Now, where she was a member of the executive team and led enterprise-wide initiatives to close the economic wealth divide. Before that, she was a Senior Fellow for Strategy working on the entrepreneurship strategy and integration of Latine focused work enterprise wide.
As founding Executive Director of the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program (AILAS), Abigail launched a new policy program focused on the interconnection between the success of Latinos and that of all Americans. She also founded the Forum on Latino Business Growth, a consortium of ecosystem builders to scale-up Latino-owned businesses to close the $1.47 trillion opportunity gap. Prior to that, she developed and managed the Institute’s global leadership initiatives fostering a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders solving societal challenges. As a Vice President, Abigail was part of the executive management team working on strategy and representing the Institute publicly.
