TKH offers software and design job training and access to professional networks, along with wraparound services that meet the unique needs of its graduates, and positions them for successful tech careers in today’s digital economy. TKH combines technology training, career support, and a comprehensive network of partners to help disconnected job seekers secure rewarding careers in tech and become financially independent. TKH aims to lift entire communities out of poverty by creating a pipeline of talented and capable workers equipped with the technology and durable skills that provide economic opportunity, living wages, and career mobility.
The Knowledge House‘s rigorous, tuition-free programs are successfully delivering real economic outcomes. Founded in 2014, the Knowledge House has served over 3,000 students across five cities: New York, Newark, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. Our programs maintain a 75% graduation rate, with employed Alumni reporting average salary increases of over 250%. Across our three most recent cohorts, Alumni are earning more than $70,000 annually, up from pre-program averages near $20,000. TKH operates with a data-driven and flexible approach, ensuring our programming reflects the needs of our participants and the changing trends of the tech sector.
