A postsecondary education unlocks opportunities for students and entire communities, yet for millions of underserved students, it remains out of reach. OneGoal works together with partners to bring equitable and effective postsecondary advising and support to all students. Closing this opportunity gap is a critical social driver of economic mobility, as pursuing a postsecondary pathway increases the likelihood of higher lifetime earnings, social mobility, and long-term job security.

OneGoal, our classroom model, supports educators and students by making college and career planning integral to the high school experience. It begins with the OneGoal course in 11th and 12th grades and continues with remote support through the critical first year of a student’s postsecondary pathway. OneGoal Leadership Network supports district and school leaders. It offers tailored coaching for better, more equitable student outcomes across entire districts. 

OneGoal’s unique approach, honed over 15 years, is proven to deliver real student impact. 81% of OneGoal high school graduates enroll in a postsecondary institution, and 73% of those who enroll persist one year after high school. An independent study by the University of Chicago found that OneGoal students are up to 40% more likely to earn their postsecondary degrees than students from similar backgrounds.
