Legendary Legacies Inc. (LL) is a gang rehabilitation and re-entry program. They provide training and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of their community. They are committed to the longitudinal goal of disrupting the generational cycles of incarceration, poverty, and racism.

LL offers brotherhood,  mentoring, life skills development, case management, community outreach, family support services, recreational opportunities, and local, national, and international service opportunities.

LL was founded by Ronald Waddell and Junito Ramos in Worcester, MA, to address systemic inequities and provide young men ages 17-30 with the tools to maximize their potential. Inspired by their personal experiences with loss, hardship, and injustice, Ron and Junito created LL to offer positive male role models and transformative opportunities through community-based programs. LL uniquely hires former participants, empowering them to become agents of change and breaking cycles of generational poverty and violence. The organization’s work is deeply spiritual and rooted in lived experiences and a commitment to equity, dignity, and opportunity for all.
