America On Tech (AOT) is creating equitable pathways for the next generation of leaders from underestimated communities into degrees and/or careers in technology.

America On Tech (AOT) is a national nonprofit preparing the next generation of technology leaders from underestimated communities. As an early pipeline tech talent accelerator, AOT broadens technology career exploration and participation for 16-24-year-olds who lack access to critical resources and opportunities.
Since 2014, AOT has provided free, high-quality technology education and workforce readiness programs in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta. Students gain in-demand skills in Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, UX Design, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Cybersecurity—paving pathways to higher education and careers in tech.
To date, AOT has served over 5,300 students, facilitated more than 1,000 paid internships generating $4.1 million in wages, and distributed $2.4 million in stipends to remove financial barriers to participation. AOT alumni are twice as likely to attend college and five times more likely to pursue technology-related degrees compared to the national average. AOT partners with leading corporations, foundations, and community organizations to drive systemic change in tech education and workforce development. Recognized for its impact, AOT has been featured in Forbes, CNN, TechCrunch, The Huffington Post, BET, and other national media.
