Nicole Hall

In her role with the America Forward team, Nicole provides strategic administrative support to Managing Partner & Executive Director of America Forward Deborah Smolover and the full AF team. Nicole also work closely with Jessica Crawford to support the America Forward Coalition in keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

Prior to joining New Profit, Nicole had the opportunity to work in many communities across the country and witnessed system inequities. In her words: “I was drawn to America Forward because of its commitment to unite social entrepreneurs with policymakers as well as championing effective and evidence-based policy change.”
