Jeeyoon Kim Gonzalez

Jeeyoon is a creative and human-centered leader with over ten years of nonprofit sector experience. Her career has focused on supporting K-12 youth and educators through both hyper-local and national direct service programs. In her current work, she is focused on strengthening New Profit’s grantee support model for a national portfolio of organizations working in education, economic mobility, and democracy.

Jeeyoon is a skilled facilitator of iterative design processes and strategic planning. Under her leadership, teams have successfully piloted new programs, evolved internal infrastructure, and clarified their visions for success.
